Welcome to Shady Lane Farm, my little oasis in a crazy world.  Here on our 35 acres of woods and trees, I am surrounded with all the things I love, flowers, nature and animals.  The possibilities for creativity here are endless.  The 1800's vintage stone and wood barn and wooden farm wagon make great photo opportunities.  The lake makes for great fishing, picnics and family fun.  It's a home to relax and our home base for our motor home travels with our dogs.  Over the last few years we have hosted numerous outdoor weddings in the barn and gardens.  On this site you will find a variety of topics.  Flowers, gardening, natural health remedies, dogs, design and travel.
